"Order was exact and shockingly fast to arrive! These folks really moved for me. First time customer but NOT the last time. I really appreciate the quick service."
"My most recent order from Adventure RV included a Shurflo pump. The pump arrived wrapped in brown paper, with no box, but appeared new. Upon examination, it was immediately apparent that I had ordered the incorrect Shurflo part number. I notified Adventure RV through their website (the company does not provide a phone number), acknowledged my ordering error, assured them that the pump was still sitting in their original shipping carton, and that no attempt had been made to install it. I requested authorization to return this pump for credit, and order the correct Shurflo part number for my RV. Adventure RV declined (by email), and "closed" my inquiry. My subsequent attempt to communicate with this retailer met with the same result.
It is difficult to understand how a retailer with such poor customer service can remain in business. There are multiple, reputable, customer oriented, online RV parts retailers who offer the same parts at comparable prices, and I will patronize them in the future.I will never purchase from Adventure RV again."
"this place is a joke i run a company in which orders alot of stuff for rv's or travel trailers and the is by far the worst company to do business with stay away it will be worth paying more money for item to someone that stands by there items "
"I ordered a roof top heat pump from them mainly because of the low price. I ordered an S/D unit (scratch and dent) believing that the imperfections would be cosmetic only. I was assured that this was the case during an online chat with them. When I received the unit and removed the cover I found that the mounting pan was severely deformed, and the compressor was leaning at approx. a 20 degree angle towards the condenser. After three hours of reforming the pan with a ball peen hammer and a 2x4 I was able to mount the unit on the coach.
They pretty much blew it off when I contacted them and mentioned no solution to the problem. The damage did not occur during shipment as it was well boxed and strapped to a pallet. I could see where they had run the unit after the damage occurred by the fact that the plastic condenser fan was chewed up by the aluminum shroud. Next time I will order from another source and pay a little more."
"Awful Company!!!! Stay far away. They sent me the wrong item and after giving me the run around for days, ultimately wouldn't take it back. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Customer service at its absolute worst. "
"I purchased an AC unit from Adventure and their shipping insurance because they had the best price. The AC unit arrived damaged (had been dropped) with a cracked outside case in the front and back. “THEY HAVE “NO” CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE” so all you can do is send an email. I sent pictures and Adventure RV said they would send out a new cover. After talking with the manufacturer “Atwood” I was told Not to accept the unit as it could be internally damaged.
I had paid the shipping insurance so I told them I wanted a new AC unit as the manufacturer said I should get. Adventurer RV (7001, the Rep, you do not get a name) said they could not guarantee they could get an AC UNIT shipped with it arriving damaged so to just send it back as they were “NOT” going to honor the shipping insurance I paid for and send a new unit.
What a lame dishonest Company! I had to fight with the credit card company to finally get the price of the AC unit, shipping and shipping insurance credited back to my card.
We need to put adventure RV “OUT OF BUSINESS” by not purchasing their JUNK as you know the AC unit I sent back will just have a new cover put on it and be sent out to someone else as a new undamaged unit!
So, what do we do? Go to another supplier that will match any price adventure has plus you get to talk with a “Real” person. They will guarantee an undamaged AC unit or you will get another sent no problems or questions asked, My unit arrived fright (Not Damaged like Fed Ex) in perfect condition and works Great!!
Spread the Word!!!

"Ordered a RV Air conditioner from AdventureRV. They printed a shipping label and emailed tracking number next day, however they did not actually ship it out til 5 days later after I sent them an email questioning the order. Took another 5 days to be delivered by FedEx. Other than the slow shipping time, item was undamaged/AC Box was beat up though. Forget Insurance, used my Amex card because I know if there are any problems, I am covered 100 percent. Just FYI, this company is a member of the BBB. My overall experience was descent. Just slower than expected shipping. Ordered May 2, Received May 13."
"Wow, extremely BAD experience from this company. Ordered an item for two day delivery and paid an additional $90 for expedited shipping. Immediately after checkout the site told me that it would take 2 days to process. I called within 20 minutes after placing the order and was told that their automated system cannot be altered and to simply return it when it arrives. As I was getting ready to return, I found there was no return postage paid. After a few calls and emails come to find out that they don't pay for returns. $200 in shipping and expedite fees for a $179 item. Very little sympathy and you're own your own attitude.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
"Ordered a RV surge guard not knowing they sold the old out dated style that would not work with equipment I already had. Nothing on site stated it was the obsolete unit. First they refuse to take it back, then they want 15% "restocking" fee. I am paying shipping both ways good grief, give full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ADVENTURERV.NET!!!!"
"Do not order anything from this company! I ordered a portable ice maker manufactured by Dometic. Took it out of the box, plugged it in and it did not work. Contacted customer service at AdventureRV.net, and they told me that because I "installed" the PORTABLE ice maker (took it out of the box) I had to follow up with the manufacturer as a warranty issue. Called Dometic, and they pointed me to an RV dealer who services Dometic product. RV dealer said they can't fix it.
I rate the customer service of AdventureRV at zero, and Dometic as a 1.
"
"Terrible. The pictures and descriptions lack detail. I took a chance on a part and I am out $150. They will not accept a return "by policy." I will never use them again."
"Love this place :) They know their stuff and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need when you need it in excellent condition. No need for returns! They will not be undersold. Best product. Lowest price. Customer service a pleasure to interact with. "
"Adventure RV.net has had horrible shipping and customer service. We ordered a brand new air conditioning unit. It showed up in a perfect box but when opened and looked at it was damaged. So we sent it back and the they tried to accuse us of steeling parts and shipping it back. Also you can not even talk to a real person. I honestly would not recommend ordering anything from them."
"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
BAD MOJO."
"They just ripped me off to the tune of $71. When I tried to cancel the order 2 hours I was told it had already shipped. Funny that the shipping label was dated the next day. They don't have a clue when it comes top customer service. If you need something for your RV find it somewhere else."
"Ordered a power converter paid extra $26 for 3 day shipping. It did arrive in that time frame but was defective. I fill out the "ticket" for a response. I received a response saying that once a part is installed they can't take it back and I must contact the manufactor for warranty repair. I responded that the part was not installed because it does not work. Still they said I had to contact the manufactor. The unit came in a cardboard box not the box that it was packaged in from the factory. Fortunately when I called the manufactor they understood and are replacing it with 2 day shipping. It should be here before I go camping in 5 days. The customer service rep from the manufactor told me that it is common for online stores selling their product to not assist customers. Adventure RV did not want to assist me at all. "
