"When I placed my order, I realized almost immediately that I had made a mistake and ordered a 3 burner cooktop when I wanted a 2 burner one. I emailed that night and had an email conversation with a customer service person the next morning, who told me that they would "try" to fix the mistake but no promises. This didn't sound good, after al it was the very next morning, and I was worried because they have a "no return" policy on just about everything. As it tuned out, I was sent the correct item, so that was good. The rest of my order seems fine although I haven't yet installed any of it. I would give them five stars if they allowed return of the things I purchased in case they we're what I needed, for whatever reason. It can be such a guessing game ordering online without actually seeing what you are buying."

"Do Not Use Adventure RV!
I purchased several items totaling over $600 and one of them was too big so I tried to return it.
First –they are unreachable by telephone – they have no phone number.
You must send them an e-mail.
There replies were all very impersonal and they simply refused to accept my return even though I just received it the night before and everything was untouched and in its packaging.
If you purchase something which isn’t right I would not expect to get a refund or return of any sort.
I will never use them again.
Overall, a Very unpleasant experience.
