"I was promised a cashback after the tour. Affordable Tours sent me a cheque which I cannot cash at my bank in Malaysia. I requested for a credit to my credit card which they say can't be done. I then suggested online transfer to my bank which they also said no. In this day and age how many companies are still issuing cheques rather than online transfers. Affordable Tours now say they can hold against future travel which is not being honest as the contract says cashback. Affordable Tours is dishonest in not honouring its contract. "
