Had a difficult time with billing corrections and credits due. Long drawn out process to correct billing and then still received incorrect billing notices

We arrived at our European destination only to discover that we never received copies of our daily intinerary or our optional excursions with pricing - as all our other tour travel mates had received. The only travel info we received was our flight intinerary and our hotel information.

Also, prior to booking with Affordable Tours we found a lower price with another company which they matched and then also promised an additional gift card of $50.00 after our trip was completed - which they now have no record of & we need to follow up.
