She worked to set up our cabin for the cruise part of the tour - we didn't know that midship is the preferred location, and it is! She took care of all the transfers and extra nights. "I thought the food, in particular the breakfasts, were very poor (Except for the first two). The showers were too small. The rooms were clean. Half of the rooms did not have a coffee pot, which is very important. I got sick on the shell fish one night. Lena and Paul were great. We had never been on vacation for that long and we were too tired toward the end to appreciate everything. We had one person on the trip who had bronchitis, and she spread the cough to everyone, including Lena. We enjoyed ourselves, but will never take a 3 week trip again. It is just too long for us. "
