Great Customer Service for Repair

"I bought a AC unit through Home Depot. Unit has worked well and when I had a problem with it, the customer service team verified my warranty and got the process going to get my unit fixed and working again. Thanks for the help."

"GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

"WE, AS A ELEMENTARY SCHOOL purchased a NewAIR ICE MACHINE a few month ago for our health room. The screen was not working. I contacted customer service and was promptly replied to by Robert with a solution. Really happy to see this level of efficiency and customer service! HE did everything possible for us to replace our unit and keep our school with ice machine all the time , what is supper important for our school and kids .

This is the best place to do shopping plus Robert is the best person to provide excellent customer service .

"Ran into an issue with the beer fridge we purchased. Customer service (Jose) was very prompt and walked me through step by step to make sure the unit was not repairable. Then set up the return and exchange. Very happy with these guys."

"I purchased a Newair wine cooler a couple of years ago. It recently just stopped working. I contacted customer service and was promptly replied to by Robert with a solution. Customer service is top notch

"After having some issues with the electric air fryer, I reached out to the company and received a prompt response within a few hours. They were very polite and professional for the entire ordeal. When it came to the defective item, they asked that I perform a few steps with pictures to verify and I did not even have to send the defective device back in, which would have resulted in shipping fees, etc. This is probably a company I would deal with again in the future for their excellent customer service! Highly recommended."

Excellent customer service

"Fedex took a perfectly good humidor / wineador and dropped it around their trucks and smashed and dented it. I contacted customer service and they prompltly shipped a new unit with prepaid shipping return label to add to the damaged unit. Can’t wait to get the replacement unit and thank you new air and josue for the excellent experience "

"My Avalon Bay Air Fryer 230B arrived with the on/pause button not working. An email to support and sales gave me a 4 hour response time email with what to do to replace it! I'm so happy and am looking forward to a new, working version to put into use! Thanks!"

"I absolutely love my NewAir! The ice is the BEST! About a week ago the machine stopped working. I emailed the company and they quickly responded with instructions on sending it back. Fast Service & Easy to Work With

"I got my Avalon Air Fryer back in November. I love using it, but a couple a weeks ago it stop working. I called the service number and the experience was effortless. I was told to send the label from the oven a the plug end of the cord. With in a week I had a new replacement oven. I would highly recommend this company."

Fast customer service

"Easy setup. Easy to understand instructions. Makes plenty of ice and pretty fast too!
After about 4 months of use, the water pump stopped working. Customer service was responsive about sending me a replacement pump under warranty.
I would have given 5 stars if I did not have to submit the warranty claim.

Unparalleled customer service

"We received a Luna evaporative cooler that we ordered from Amazon. It arrived with a broken water tank. After a quick call with Elijah in customer service (while I was on vacation), they solved the problem. They quickly confirmed my initial purchase and overnighted a new water tank to us. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received, the courteous Associate and the prompt action to resolve our problem. We will definitely be back for future purchases."

New Air Beverage Cooler

"Unit received was slightly damaged with racks snapped. Cooler worked great for a few months but just stopped workings. Working with customer service for a warranty replacement. Process is relatively easy, but had to do over email over a few days vs on phone. But seems like they will replace free of charge."
