Friendly and quick response customer service.

"My Water Dispenser have just broke down after 3 months of usage. I received the Free Shipping Return Label in my email right after calling the customer service. To my surprise, the new replacement Item was on my door step just the third day after the defective one being dropped off at the local FedEx. Would have no problem to give It a 5 Star rating in term of price and service.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

"I hesitate to explain in too much detail what happened to me, because it was a very unusual thing. The point is though, I tried to get my problem resolved back in September or October last year. It just got dropped somewhere and I never heard back from Air 'N Water.

Using my old emails, I decided to try again in March of this year. This time someone named LaToya picked up the ball & literally ran with it. She stayed in touch with me and didn't give up on finding a solution. The solution she came up with was truly over-the-top and blessed us beyond measure. We have never been treated that well in a situation where it was unfortunate, but part of it was our fault. I give them a lot of credit, because mixed in with my actions, we had an unusual situation come up with the item we purchased. So it could have gone either way... and been fair no matter what ... even if they had decided not to help us out. But they tilted everything in our favor and went out of their way to make us happy. It just doesn't happen often like that anymore. And they should be complimented. Especially LaToya. Kudos to her, & the team of people working in the background with her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. I think possibly things have changed a lot there over the last six months or so. At least for me they have. Thanks!

No communication - switch and bait

"Never received shipping info, called and the said item wont be in stock for 6 weeks for portable a/c unit. Noticed on website, they changed description from dual hose to single hose. talked and sent manager a screen shot - got back to me and said new items will be single hose... not dual. No explanation why no one is told of changed. Corporate then send a letter that item won't be in stock for 2 1/2 months with NO disclosure that they won't be sending the same a/c unit that was sold. Only found ound out due to my own persistence. they offered my a dual hose ac for almost double the price I paid. Really???? Not on the up and up. i was charged immediately upon ordering - not when shipped. requested refund ."

Open Box

"I ordered an air fryer from air-n-water.com and the item I received was an open box with missing manual. It had manual and a remote for a different product. I can't say the product was used, but its food basket was definitely dirty/dusty. Their web site did not state that the item was a returned product which obviously was not inspected before it was shipped to me. The fryer worked fine otherwise, so I did not try to return it. I cannot recommend them. I felt cheated."

"Ordered a scratch n dent ice maker. Great price, free shipping and it arrived on time. The item did have a few visual defects (scratches and cracks in the plastic housing) but works as good as new."
