"First FYI: When you order something that has Freon, oil and a compressor. You should always let it sit upright for 24 hrs before using it.
I do remodeling and home improvements and decided to buy a ice machine for my cooler when Im working, instead of stopping every day and buying ice. First I bought an Igloo from Walmart and it worked, but you had to baby site it and if you did, it might produce the daily volume of ice it claims. So I decided to see if I could buy a better one that was not a whole lot more money. I order this one in white from Water and Air. I got it on sale for $162. It works very well. It is larger and will not fit well on a counter top with cabinets above. So, I keep it in my Landry room. I has a much water and ice capacity than the first one i tried. For using for a cooler. I make the ice in the machine and then put it in a ice tray in my freezer. I can dump about 2 rounds from the machine into the ice tray. The freezer finishes the job. Then I dump the tray from the freezer into a small plastic bag and keep in the freezer.

This machine is small enough to be portable and take with you camping and such (if you have a power source) and yet produces a good amount of ice.

And as a couple of other people has said. The ice does have holes in the middle. Just by design of these type of machines. for my use. I take the bag out of the freezer and drop it on the ground a couple of times and because of the holes, the ice breaks apart and I toss in my cooler. From research ive done. For the price, I am very happy with my purchase.

"I ordered AC unit that was shipped broken. The broken part was taped, so someone knew it was broken. I tried for a month to get a new one and only heard back a couple times. I tried calling yet only got a real person once. The other times I just sat on hold for a long time. And the live chat feature on the site is worthless. One time in the middle of the day it said one person ahead of me and 50 hours to wait. The next time I tried it said no one in front of me and 1 minute until the next representative and after an hour I closed the window. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company as I couldn't get any response."
