"Guess I'm having the same problem as everyone else with AOA not shipping as expected. I ordered an airgun and was told "1 to 3 days and it would be on it's way". I should have checked them out before I ordered because that didn't happened. I'm gonna give them 2 more days before I have the payment pulled back and cancel. Keep reading, like others here I would not recommend buying anything online from this company.
UPDATE: today I received an email from AOA stating that they do not have the RWS 48 that I ordered in stock; needed to order it from the manufacture which we all know is in Germany, and there is nothing to indicate how long it will take for them to recieve thier shipment. I just called my Bank and found out that they also added $20.00 to the $377.00 advertised price and the price I was charged on my invioce without saying a word. Guess maybe I was paying their shipping cost from Germany and then later the UPS charge here. So again DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. "

"Just the worst of them all.

Ordered a set of scope rings and four (4) tins of pellets. Four days later, no email saying they'd shipped.

Emailed them. Email received in two hours saying they shipped.

Received four (4) days later and it's just the scope rings and no pellets. They have enclosed a bill showing they've charged my card for $64.00 and that included the price of the pellets that didn't ship plus $14.00 for shipping!

I've called and emailed but no response after three tries.

I'm calling my CC company tomorrow to stop payment.

These are classic signs of a company on the verge of failure.

I ordered a gun from them on wed. they told me over the phone it would ship thursday so I waited for the email that never came. then I checked my account to see that they had already taken my money but still no email from them so I sent them 3 emails which were never answered. then on tuesday of the next week I finally managed to get them on the phone only to be told that it was my fault and I misunderstood what was said on the phone and the guy who took my order got my email wrong (they don't know how to use a reply button I guess). they told me the order would take until thursday of the week after I placed the order to arrive. this is odd because on the same day that I placed this order I also placed an order from pyramyd air and they shipped my order for free and I had it 2 days later. I agree with the last review that airguns of arizona service sucks. I would advise everyone to avoid them if at all possible."

"Horrible service via the net, if you can get them on the phone it's just bad service. I ordered parts via their weird online order form and paid for them of course. Never got a confirmation, receipt or anything. After a week or so I emailed them to ask what was up, and emailed them again several day later, never got a response to 3 emails. I called on the phone and they never called back. Called again and got someone who told me that it was out of stock and would come in a couple weeks. A couple weeks later and still no parts and no word so I called again. The parts had come in but were defective and would take 2 more weeks or so. The next day they shipped the parts, maybe defective ones? Very bizarre. There are parts that only they make so I would order again if I had to but would be aware of how they operate."

Up on me. And I still have no refund for parts not shipped
Airguns of Arizona must not go by the hours they have posted on line because this call was at 4:30 pm The person I talked to said he was the manager ( Kip). So with all that I will never go back. I now use Pyramyd air much faster and nicer.
