"Do not buy from this company. Spend a few dollars more and order from Amazon. Ordered 2 airsoft rifles both the same model. Took a little over a week to get them. Opened first gun everything was fine. Opened second identical gun and stock was extremely loose and almost hanging off. I contacted them within 5 minutes of receiving the guns and was told they would need to request an "authorization" to even return the gun and no they would not ship a new one until they had received and inspected the broken one. Ironic because this would never have happened if the gun was "inspected" even for 2 seconds before they shipped it out. I also removed the stock and looked down the stock tube you can see the screw that holds the tube to the gun is completely stripped out. It may have come to GI from the factory that way but the fact that GI did not one iota of QC on the products they sell is unacceptable. I offered to send video or pics of the problem and they could ship one out as soon as they got notification that I had shipped one back but still they said no we don't do that. Instead a little over 24 hours later I get an email telling me about the exact process I "must" follow to be able to send the gun back and it is not a simple process. I now get to try to find a UPS store and make a trip to drop off a defective item. I dont think they plan on reimbursing me for my time (sarcasm)..... Also just because they get it back does not mean they will approve the refund or replacement. Remember I called them 5 minutes after receiving the delivery so they can verify we barely owned the gun and can confirm by inspection it was never loaded, shot or the battery even charged. So now I have a long list of instructions and a demand that I am required to get it back to them within 10 days or I am out of luck. We ordered the guns so my son and I could play airsoft on his birthday and now we are looking at a 2-3 WEEK turn around time AFTER they get it back!!! This is written in their return instructions. After seeing the ridiculous return policy and instructions and needing a gun for the birthday in less then a week I decided to just keep the defective gun. I have not been able to fix it so we have just taped it on there as tight as possible and played with it floppy. The gun was available on Amazon for about 30 dollars more. I went the cheaper route and now I learned my lesson. Spend the extra few dollars and buy from a provider that will actually stand behind what they ship out. We got one broken gun and one good gun so I guess you have a 50/50 chance of being screwed over too. Good luck. "

"I received my items to one 2018 about a week after I ordered them. When I open the box the packaging was decent it was brown paper to protect the items of very tightly packed all the items were there by mystery package or box my bottle of BB's and my sling however the sling was the wrong color it was the wrong style and it was broken I immediately called Airsoft GI the young gentleman named Michael assisted me told me to not worry about it and do what I wish with that part he is already picked another one off the shelf the proper one in the proper color and made sure it is going to be shipped out as early as today if not tomorrow and should be to me within a week at no charge. Airsoft GI and their customer service have excelled way surpassing any expectation I had of an online service providing Airsoft equipment in gear I will use them over and over again and I will continue to boast that they are the best company to use by far if I could give them 20 Stars I would but five stars will do Kudos Airsoft GI

"Purchased a Colt M1911 100th anniversary model. There were issues with a component of the slide shifting out of position not allowing the slide to fully retract and reload. I had several go-arounds with customer service in which I was interrogated over the pellets, CO2 cartridges and type of oil I was using. For reference, all were in spec. I sent photos and videos. Lots of suspicious over maintenance. This product had maybe 50 shots through it. Sent it back. Finding someone willing to ship it was a nightmare. Spent 1/2 the cost of the product in shipping fees. They sat on it awhile and returned it, claiming it was fixed. It wasn't. All $110 of it went into the trash. "

"I had a great experience as a nube here on GI. I bought a gun for my son to play airsoft. It showed up on time for a fair price, shipping was a little steep but understandable. The gun was shooting to the right when sighting it in so I called the tech department. I was treated like a spent a million dollars and they solved my problem over the phone. Nice folks for sure. The rifle was a MB08B. Only use .30 gram BB's. 25's cause it to shoot to the right. Thanks GI!!!!!!"
"I was searching online for a Condor Phantom jacket in a discontinued color and was not having much luck. Several online merchants that indicated they had the jacket in the size/color I wanted turned out to not to really have it in stock when I questioned them. On their website AirsoftGi indicated they had the item I wanted in stock, so I called them. The customer service rep (who was polite, professional and helpful) checked and assured me they had several in the warehouse. So I placed the order online. Everything from that point on went smoothly. The jacket was pulled and shipped in a timely fashion. I was able to track the package on UPS, and it was delivered on time as promised. The jacket received was exactly the one I wanted and I'm quite pleased with the overall shopping experience."
