"Prompt delivery of promised product. Price was cheap and shipping was free due to promotion. Good buy."
"Purchased a tagan 480watt PSU from this place on the 20th @ 2AM. Arrived on the 22nd. Shipping was default free UPS. Packaging was great. Very happy with this purchase from this seller."
"Very satisfied with their service, product was new and works great, the shipping was fast, and arrived on time. Ordering online was simple. I just ordered another product from them, and I expect the same great service."
"Upon deciding to build a new system I chose the ASUS P5AD2 Premium, along with Corsair DDR2 XMS2, an Enermax 600W "Noisetaker" power supply, and a P4 775 560 "Prescott" processor. I've not been able to install XP Pro because the system shuts down due to overheating during the install - the system idles at 65 degrees C. Following Intel's advice, I purchased a new case and the problem persists. Intel is now shipping me a new P4. After removing the questionable processor, upon close examination of the motherboard, I found a pin missing in the ASUS motherboards’ processor socket. ASUS tech support reviewed my situation and stated it was not anything I'd done and suggested I go back to the vendor I'd bought it from since it was still in the first 30 days following the purchase. AJUMP.COM REFUSED TO EXCHANGE THE BOARD.
AVOID AJUMP.COM - THEY WILL IGNORE YOU IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AND LEAVE YOU WITH DEFECTIVE GOODS!

"Great site with great prices. Got my vantec 7040 heatsink relatively quickly and it works perfectly. "
"Ordered an Antec 1080AMG Case. Case shipped about 12 hours after order and was recieved 3 days later in good condition. No complaints."
"I ordered a Tagan 480w powersupply. I know there have been reports of people receiving this supply with a broken warranty sticker. Mine came with a broken sticker as well so I called Ajump to ask about this. The customer rep was knowledgeable on the situation and assured me both Ajump and Tagan will honor their warranties for it.
I am very pleased with the speed of their operation and their helpful support staff."
"I purchased an Impression 17" LCD / DVI flat screen monitor with TV tuner from AJUMP.COM.
Monitor was received within expected delivery time and packaging was very good. I connected monitor to PC using the DVI connector and proceeded to boot up into the BIOS. Error stating that there was no digital input. No matter what I tried it would not boot to BIOS.
If I used the analog connection it would boot to BIOS and to windows OK. If I had wanted an analog interface only, then I would have purchased a different monitor. I have an ATI 9800 256MB video card that supports a digital interface. I contacted ATI to see if there were any issues with my video card and DVI monitors which there was not. I tested a Samsung SyncMaster 710T LCD with DVI borrowed from a friend and it functioned perfectly when attached to my PC. I then called AJUMP customer service and spoke with their representative who was pleasant but not at all technical. I persisted that the monitor was defective and requested to RMA it.
He agreed after a number of phone discussions and emails and I shipped the monitor at my cost ($35) to AJUMP. Here is where things went south. AJUMP stated that the monitor was not defective and since it was within 30 days they would give me a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and no shipping reimbursement. If I wanted a replacement they would send the same defective monitor back to me, charge me for shipping and no reimbursement for my shipping costs. I did not want a defective monitor back and when I wanted to know how the monitor was tested the once friendly customer service rep. turned into a repetitive trained monkey with the same dialogue about a 15% restocking fee and no information on the testing criteria. After becoming tired and irritated with this jerk I agreed to have them send me a monitor back (not knowing if they would send a good one or defective one). Well, they were quick to debit my credit card for the shipping charges, but not with delivering the goods. No contact with AJUMP and no monitor after a month has nearly passed. I am working with my credit card company on a merchant dispute. As far as I am concerned AJUMP has ripped me off for near $500 and I strongly recommend that potential customers stay away from doing business with AJUMP.COM. "
"Price for motherboard was quite reasonable. Arrived timely via UPS Ground. Outside container was slightly smased in right where the contaier was taped shut and opens. Inside box containing was smashed in the same way. Since I have not received all of my computer components I will not know if the motherboard was damaged. Please check back in 3-4 weeks."
"Fast, courteous service. Good communications. Great support after the sale."
"FIRST OF ALL, BEWARE THOSE WHO WANT TO BUY TAGAN FROM THEM.
I've purchased Tagan 480W PSU from Ajump. Price was reasonable, and shipping was fast. However, the PSU had huge problem from the beginning. "VOIDED IF REMOVED" warranty sticker has been cut. Yes, it was clearly cut right out of the box. (FYI, it was not only me, but many people got theirs with sticker cut. You may easily find bunch of post about the experience on the web) I didn't think Ajump or Tagan cut it for their own advantage. That's what I basically thought. But here comes a funny part. It was DOA. What a coincident. Now, I have to waste my own money to send it back for RMA, which I am not even sure they will allow.
Ajump.com is "OFFICIAL U.S. DISTRIBUTOR" of Tagan. I believe Ajump also has responsibility as well as Tagan. I will see how everything will go from now on, but I am sure I am very disappointed with Tagan now. I've only heard good things about Tagan before, but from now on, maybe I have to name them fraud. We will see."
"Order was shipped a bit slowly (arrived Tuesday when other parts ordered same day from other vendors arrived the previous Thursday or Friday), but other than that, no complaints. CPU fan arrived safe and sound."
"Best shipped price for Asus P4SGX-MX motherboard. Fast shipping. Quick customer service response through email."
"First, i would like to say, ajump.com was really easy to order with, and they ship your product out fast. A really good experience doing business with them. Plus they gave me free shipping. Comparing newegg and ajump, after free shipping, ajump was cheaper. Everything is automated as ajump and newegg. but ajump's product are priced higher (without free shipping). "
"Rec'd motherboard & CPU well packaged and quickly. Price was great also."
