"Horrible tech support. I ordered a Shuttle AK39N motherboard, recieved the motherboard in perfect physical condition. However the ATX power connector had problems and the computer would not stay running unless you wiggled it. This eventually became such a problem that it would not boot at all. I RMA'd the board back to ajump, only to recieve another board that would not boot at all. When I requested a tested working replacement with written conformation of such from ajump they replied that I was beyond 30 days of my original purchase date (not the RMA). I have since then ordered an Asus A7V8X board from newegg.com that will boot just fine with all the other hardware. "

It showed up in 10 days (including the weekend). The price was good, but the shipping was a little slow for my taste. But considering how much I saved, I can't complain TOO much. "I purchased two Casedge Diabolic cases from Ajump. The cases were drop shipped from Georgia and arrived early. One arrived with faulty front front audio jack. I emailed Ajump and they called immediately and contacted Casedge. Casedge called the next morning to tell me that they shipped a new front panel connector and cable. I received the panel and cable in three business days. This is the kind of service that I hope to give my customers. Ajump and Casedge are both 10's in my book. Buy from them, I don't believe you can find better service..

The AP required a firmware upgrade to work properly, but that's not ajump's fault. Would do business with again. :)"

"Ordered a SOYO SY-KT600 Dragon Ultra Platinum on August 6th for $149 with free Fedex ground shipping. Product shipped out the next day, Fedex ground was slow; it took a week to get the product from California to Georgia. There were very few packing peanuts in the shipping box and the product was slightly damaged in transit.
The product was defective. The primary IDE port is malfunctioning. RMA'd the board August 13th. Recieved replacement SEPTEMBER 26th. No email notification that the product was BACKORDERED FOR TWO MONTHS. I was kept in limbo. Worst customer service I have experienced on the internet.
The replacement board had the EXACT same problem, I guess they just sent my old one back to me. Avoid this company, newegg or monarchcomputer WILL NOT treat you like AJUMP treated me. I learned my lesson, don't make the same mistake I did. If, by chance, AJump were to offer me my money back, I may change my mind about them. If not, they are just another bad example of mailorder company who could care less about their customers after the GET YOUR MONEY."
