Sent in an RMA request via the web site with no reply. Sent in an e-mail RMA request and will see what the response is. So far, it appears they sell low-quality items, and will not communicate with you if you have a problem. I will see what the next few days brings, and then escalate if I have to."

I purchased a 2u case with supply. Like a dork I lost the supply before I got around to completing the project that required that case. The case turns out to be too small to hold a standard size supply. No big surprise. Turns out, it is too small to hold any 2u or 1u supplies as well. Customer service claimed this was a frequent problem, place an order for any supply on the site and then indicate what I needed in the comments. Now the sales dept says I'm wrong and they can't help me a standard supply should work. I'm just tossing it all in the trash and forgetting about them completely. So, you've been warned don't waste your time. "
