“As I mentioned via email, the first keypad order was immediately refunded the same way you paid for it (Paypal) and we're happy to show you the proof of that. We are not in control however of how fast Paypal gives it back to you or issues it back to your card. And we can't simply shift $ from one order to another. Accounting procedures require an audit trail that shows the refund going back to you the same way you paid it to us, then the new order therefore has to be charged.”

“We currently do only purchase the compostable cornstarch packing peanuts. Any of the styrofoam variety were recycled / reused from shipments we received from our suppliers. We reuse them rather wastefully toss them out. I'm assuming they got mixed because your package had the last bits of some reused ones and the other variety was added to complete it. We do not normally mix the two. Thank you for your review!”
