“I think have confused us with another supplier perhaps... This part has a 2 to 4 day shipping time posted directly under the "ADD TO CART" button. Order was placed on 5/11 @ 3:30pm (after cutoff for the day) so it was processed next day on the 12th and shipped on the 14th. This is only 2 days not 6 and is actually earlier than the time we have posted. In light of this, would you kindly revise your review accordingly?”

“Disappointing... Very dishonest review. Our 23 years in the DIY alarm business with A+ BBB rating as well as similar stellar ratings from Google, Reseller Ratings, Yelp and others speak for themselves.
The cliffnotes of this transaction are customer claimed half his order was defective. Tech support tried to assist in troubleshooting because while a DOA parts do happen from time to time, multiple on one order are like hitting the unlucky lottery. Customer refused to troubleshoot, we RMA'd anyway at his insistance and verbal threats. Received parts, none were actually found to be defective but they did have holes drilled in them and and were returned incomplete. Because customer wanted refund only rather than replacements, perhaps he may have knew these were not in returnable condition so claimed defective instead. That is speculation only but would make sense in light of the events unfolded. Tech contacted customer to inquire about what the issues were since none could be found in testing. Customer ultimately made some more threats of filing a credit card dispute if not refunded in full immediately. When brought to management we decided to just refund the customer and move on. So I have no idea why he claims we kept his $. He was emailed a confirmation of the refund that same afternoon.
