"The DCS 1832 is a good replacement for my old Moose system which finally died after 30 yrs of faithful service. The unit is solid, but the directions are poor. Fortunately there are some excellent YouTube videos that explain everything. I also bought the EyezON internet communicator. Again, YouTube came to the rescue in the programming. "

“Hi Ron. You ordered this 7 minutes til midnight Thursday night so we didn't process it until Friday morning. The battery is noted both on the website and on your order receipt as "Ships in 1 to 2 business days" so that is why it didn't ship out Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not business days that accounts for two additional days you are counting. I'm told the battery is due in today (Monday) and will be packed and ready for carrier by end of day and you will have the tracking later today once the shipping label is done.
All said, this is actually only a one business day delay and well within our 1 to 2 day promise we state on the product. In light of this explanation, would you please reconsider your 2 star review for us? Thank you!”
