“I have to assume there is some language barrier here that has led to a
misunderstanding of shipping and transit times for International
orders. This order was placed on a Saturday and processed Monday. This
review was posted 5 days later.
As our order confirmation states, International shipments take an
average of 2 to 3 days additional processing time due to
International orders having to be transferred to our exporting main
office branch because our primary warehouse ships domestic only. Then
according to USPS there is an average of 7 to 14 business days of
transit time for overseas shipments including customs clearances. As
you can see it is not possible for us to get an order from Indiana to
Sweden in 5 days.
As for not responding to emails, we have responded to each email we've
received from you. I show there is some correspondence between you and
one of our associates with regards to verifying your order as well as
an order addition that was made. If there are others I apologize, but
we've not received them.”
