"I shopped around for weeks on just about every alarm company out there. This is what I came up with. Your commercial alarm companies, such as ADT, Brinks, etc i'm sure offer great service too, but is extremely expensive. I ordered the DSC Alexor KIT495-12CP01. I was able to install it in under one hour. I had a few issues that I couldn't figure out, so I called and spoke with Jon and he walked me through every step of the way. I've called and left a message after hours to set up the central monitoring part of it, he called the very next morning and did everything in under 30 minutes. I only paid around 260$ for my equipment for my 1 bedroom apartment and 9$/month basically to have it monitored. So cheap and easy. Everywhere else I shopped around charge at least 15-20$ a month AND around 475$ for the same equipment! I had a local guy here try to tell me "it takes 3 to 4 hours to do, we'll charge you 50$ an hour to install and 500$ for the equipment" RIP OFF! Just do it yourself here. Great quality, easy to install, you save a lot of money, and can call anytime you have issues."

One of the things that I like about this monitoring agreement is it includes monitoring of burglar, fire, medical and environmental signals at no additional cost. Ryan M. made a special effort to expedite the processing of my order and was working on it and emailing me information after the close of business on a Friday night so that I would have my activation appointment set without waiting until Monday.

Programming of the panel occurred right on time. All I had to do was call technician Jon at the appointed time, change a setting or two on my end and he took care of the rest of the setup and called me back with an update.

The end result is that I have more comprehensive monitoring of my fire and burglar alarm by a first class central station at less than half the cost of what I was previously paying for burglary alone.
