"Ali Baba has a policy protection clause to protect buyers against unscrupulous sellers. We bought $30,000 plus tariffs and shipping and storage about $50,000 total out of pocket...because the seller did not package these very heavy equipment properly the product came damaged and unsellable...we are out $50,000 and are still paying for storage for products we cannot sell. Ali Baba promised us that we would be protected from these kinds of liabilities and losses....we just got back our claim and it was denied....we now know American companies will not be protected by Ali Baba and their protection policy is a scam and they will find in favor of the Chinese companies which is exactly what I thought would happen and thats what happened. We did nothing wrong at all and now we are out $50,000....shame on Ali Baba and their scamming company."
