"Opened a dispute, after making af deal on 100 wallets, which werent advertised and described correctly,, after i opened the dispute, i later found out after unpacking and breaching all 100 pieces, that 69/100 were broken in the stiching.

first problem: Alibaba doesnt think that the product is different enough from the description, and denies my dispute.

After uploading evidence of them being broken: they deny because of me not making the dispute about the broken wallets at first.

I was told that they offer a expert to take a look at all of the wallets but it would cost me only 10% more that i paid for the product.

10 Containers should probably be cheaper to travel by train than by plane and with many stopovers. There is a train terminal in Kouvola, Finland. From here, distribution to Europe could be handled much more quickly and safely, and at a much faster rate. Here you have good logistics connections to the rest of the world
