"I purchased a heavy duty cylinder arm machine ('441' style). It took a lot of emails to confirm details, get shipping figured out, send photos of additional parts and presser feet I wanted, but it all worked out in the end.
Not sure if I can name sellers here, but Taizhou Zuowen Industrial Sewing Machine Co was great to deal with.
Ms Athena was patient and helpful answering all my shipping, customs, and other questions. I think she took the time to quote me 4 machines but I ended up purchasing just two.

Suggestion to sellers: Pick a reasonable price to list your items at for single qty. Seeing an item priced at $1-$999 is NOT useful and I wasted a lot of my time and others' time getting quotes for one piece pricing. Another crazy thing is a machine would be listed at say, $900 but if I requested a quote, the price would be say, $750??
I feel I shouldn't criticize other peoples' English and I realize the sellers deal with customers from all over the world, but the language barrier and google translated responses were.....tiring."

"Alibaba is a great platform where all products you are looking for are found. I have found all products I need on alibaba. Thanks for the excellent works you do. One point I need alibaba to consider is the limited time it offers on the trade assurance contract which may not be effective when supplier takes long for goods to arrive at final destination and at the end we get damaged goods. Difficult to deploy the trade assurance tool because the system automatically confirms quality and all that. Please have a system in place to help buyers on such situations.
