"It was the worst experience of shopping on Alibaba.com. I ordered one machine via Alibaba.com to Hong Kong supplier. But they shipped to us the different product from I saw on the website. It had totally different operation panel and its function was much poor comparing to the advertisement. I claimed to the supplier, however they did not listen to us. Only they told us was they sent us video before shipping, but it was really hard to see the differences. I made dispute on this order, and I thought my order could be protected by Trade Assurance. But I was wrong. Alibaba.com dispute team was on the seller's side. They did not support the buyer. Trade Assurance was not for the buyer, and they did not care about the buyer's trouble at all. I did escalate dispute as many as I could, but everytime I was so disapointed. I don't recommend Alibaba.com at all. Stay away from this fraud company. "
