"Bought a bluetooth speaker on this site. Didn't work when it arrived, so I contacted the costumer service. They responded quickly and send me a new speaker! The new speaker arrived very quickly, so I'm satisfied with Allbuy's service."

"Its now 2 months after they received my payment confirmation.
Still no sign of delivery.
I've contacted them 3 times, each time I get the standard refrain. Please wait for longer.
2 Months Im still waiting.
Dutch postal service with no tracking.
Delivery to Australia.
2 Months!

"I ordered a MI Piston 3 on 16th June, Its been shipped on 17th June, after few days later I was looking the tracking number to see where is upto, however tracking number not valid so I contract Allbuy in regards tracking number on 27th June, got a reply back on 2nd July (5 days to get a reply) saying "Your order was shipped on 2015/06/17 by flat mail without tracking number".
If it is posted by flat mail then why Allbuy add a tracking number? Anyway, till today I haven't received an item yet. Which is 48 days (34 business days) in total which is not near by even 25 days as they said on Allbuy website.
I request a refund on 27th however yet to receive a reply.

I would say DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. You will not get items and refund of your money.

"Package not received. "We are very sorry to inform you that, there was a batch of orders accidentally lost by our logistics carriers. If your package is one of those, please kindly be more patient to wait. Until Now we've already arranged reshipment in priority by special shipping channels on July 8th."

As of August 25th package still not received. To Allbuy's credit they are offering a refund or reshipment. Once I receive the reshipment I will update this review.

"Pre-ordered the phone and received it quickly after release, without any issues. Contacted the support prior to the order to ask a few question and received a quick response. Highly recommended!"
