UPDATE: I have spent the last week, spending over 4 hours exchanging emails concerning a defective, broken, and sub-standard product. I ordered a portable battery bank for recharging my electronic devices. I received it over three weeks after I placed my order. When it finally arrived, it was in very poor packaging, and was broken, with loose parts moving around freely inside the sealed battery pack. I send pictures, and several emails with the defective products description of damage, ect. They have been ping-ponging me back and forth between different customer service agents, in my opinion, to try and get me to just give up my case for a resolution. Well, I have given up, and am writing this review in lieu of a refund for their very poor product, and their careless customer service techniques."

"i was so very surprised at the prices....amazing loved shopping your website but i am very dissatisfied with the follow up on shipping. i read that it would be up to 40 days however i paid the small amount to get it sooner and have yet to receive it. and i am having issues with the tracking. would have liked to have had my swimsuit for my up coming vacation but it looks like i may have it when the snow flies!!! i paid the extra money to have it in 10-30 days and the 30 days has come and went. not sure if i will shop here again. this website was quick to take my money but slow on delivery.....:("
