And then, I request RMA number online, they issued RMA number to me by e-mail so fast, and RMA department people recommand me to exchange to Ritek DVD+R media, they shipped out the replacement at same day, and I got it within two days, good service. And the media worked perfect with my burner, nice company, nice employees."

"I ordered 10 DVD-R discs from this morons. The order arrived within a week (which is not bad) but it only had 5 discs. I called them up and asked what happened. While the person who answered the call acknowledged that it was their fault, he refused to send me the rest of the order with faster shipping method. I waited another week. Nothing happened. I called them up again. Apparently, there was no one who knew what happened to my order. It took them two days to sort out their mess and found out they have sent out the rest of my order already.
Bottom line is, it took me more than two weeks to just get the damn ten discs. No one from the company apologized even once until I confronted them and demanded an apology. It was just an aweful company that everyone should avoid."
"First was sent the wrong media (+R), then I returned it at my cost. I ordered on thier web page, and specified when getting my RMA number that I wanted Ritek brand name media. It took a week to get in contact with the person who could give me an RMA number. I was sent a generic replacement at the same cost. Basically I paid top dollar for generic media. I'm taking the hit, keeping the media and never ordering from them again. I recommend staying away from such an untrustworthy company."
"My order for 500 4x princo arrive within 6 days w/ fedex ground. The discs are cheap but reliable, so far only a few bad burns on my part using Pioneer A05. Only complaint is their shipping costs, other sites charge $10 less for the exact same item. Overall a good buy."

"I have ordered from them 4 or 5 times. I have always received the order in 4 to 5 business days. All the disks were satisfactory. I have a pioneer dvr-105 and it seems to take all disks. My friend has a pioneer dvr-104 and it does not take all disks or burn at 2x all the time with all software. BUY SAMPLE PACKS to save you the cost of bulk dvds that don't work in your drive or that are made poorly."

"Well, after reading the poor reviews here and against my better judgement, I ordered a Demo set of DVD-Rs because I thought it was a good idea to try several different sets of media before making a larger purchase. Problem was that I believed their web site and ordered their recommended media for the demo pack for my burner. Unfortunately, the media was -R and I needed +R. Well no big deal, I'll just return the -Rs for the +Rs and take the 15% hit for restocking. Wrong! After trying to use their RMA request form on their web site (you hit "submit" and nothing happens), I sent them a RMA request form via E mail to return the DVD-Rs. After a week with no response, I sent them another E mail. I got a cryptic message that said due to "Store Policy" no returns on the Demo packs. Since this policy is not written anywhere under their Store Policy on the web site, I can only imagine that it must be written in their "secret" Store Policy called Rip Off Store Policy.
Don't order from this outfit. Why take a chance of throwing your money away when there are many highly rated media sellers shown on this site. Yeah, you may get your order, but why deal with less than a reputable business. "

"I had recently upgraded to the Toshiba SD-R5112 Drive, and it has the capability to burn at 4X. I had previously purchased the 1X Princo media from this seller and for the most part they were OK (one batch I ordered had MANY bad discs, close to 25% now give read errors). But these Blank DVD-R's were supposed to be 4X. The software I used can burn at 4X (Latest version of Stomp RecordNowMax), I tried at least 5-6 of these 100 that I had ordered, and all of them only burn at 1X, Not even 2X. So needless to say I was fairly upset. I decided to contact them and right off the bat they automatically started putting the blame on the software, my drive, or the capabilities of my computer system, which is all complete BS. Because I had purchased several different brands of 4X DVD-R media from different places locally and they all burned at 4X fine. So the solution they said was for me to pay out of MY OWN pocket to ship this media back to them so that they could "test" it out. I refused because why should I pay for something that is being falsely advertised, the two options that I thought were more than fair was for them to pay for shipping of this media back. Or to simply give me $20 store credit to a future order since this media only works at 1X (1X media was about $20 less for a pack of 100). They refused.
So basically I'm here to say, STAY AWAY from AllMediaOutlet.com a perfect example of why the place with the best price doesn't always equal the best deal, it's better to pay a bit more and go somewhere that actually has some type of customer service. "
