"I ordered the Pioneer DVR-105A DVD recorder and some PRINCO 4x discs. All arrived timely and worked. They called & emailed me that the Drive was out of stock, but should have it in a day or so. They emailed me the next day and said it arrived and the order would be shipped that day, and sent the fed ex # in a later email that day. Very, very good experience !!!"

"Initially I was very skeptical to order from these guys after reading some of the horror reports here. But CDR90's are very hard to find and the price was good. So I bit the bullet and paid $40 shipped for 100 CDR90's. It arrived bubble wrapped and in good condition. The media looks very generic; it is plain with no markings at all except for serial numbers. I have so far burned 3 cds with 750mb+ files perfectly. I am satisfied with their product."

"Already having read comments on this site, I was dumb enough to order from these people. Placed an order for 100 DVD dual-cases & 100 CDR's on 6-22-03. Received an email stating it was shipped on 6-23, with a tracking number. According to fedex, the package was actually shipped on 6-24 (2 days is not bad, but I don't like the deception). Fedex ground took 7 days to get it to me (not the shipper's fault of course). Bottom line, I placed an order, and didn't have my product for NINE days. Unacceptable, especially since the shipping fee was twice what Fedex would charge for their 2-day express saver shipping.

To top it off, the DVD cases are very cheap and flimsy-feeling compared to the ones I have purchased in the past (from www.supermediastore.com).

Anyway, I have learned my lesson (AGAIN!!!). You get what you pay for. Don't buy from ANYONE with less than a 7.5 rating here.

"Purchased 100 Ritek 4X with logo -R discs from www.allmediaoutlet.com. Only burns at 2X on two of my Sony DRU-500A drives with latest 2.0f firmware. Their advertising says it will burn 4X on this drive. After writing them an email they tell me they will only burn at 2X. I have been swindled out of $165.00."

"This was my third order from them since Christmas for blank dvds. They always seem to have the best prices. I received my order very fast. It shipped within 24 hours. Their packaging is very good. They use that plastic bubble wrap around the cakebox. I am very satisfied with their service and the quality of the dvds."

"Place an order on the 16th of April, after 10 days with nothing other than my original confirmation I emailed the sales department. A representative whos English was so terrible I could hardly understand him called me at home.

The order was lost or something to that effect and he told me he would call me right back with the solution to the problem. He never did.

Two day pass and I call again, no toll free mind you, and get yet another person with unitelligible English. I then was transferred to a manager, who told me it shipped that day, how convenient. No tracking number available.

In short AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are the worst online merchant I have ever dealt with.

I still don't have my order, and yes, my credit card was charged.

UPS ground from Calif to Maryland during one of the worst winter storms of our history and I received it in 7 days. I was happy with the process. "Ordered a 50 pack of Ritek G03 DVD-R media. Received the order in about a week as expected. However, the riteks were of bad quality. I burned 10 discs and only 3 played until the end correctly. The other 7 would have issues near the end of the disc ranging from skipping to being totally unreadable. "

"I ordered 100 of the Lead Data DVD-R discs, I specifically order them from All Media because they were listed as being 2x with Pioneer A04/104 with a specific firmware, and Allmedia had a decent RR. I upgraded my Pioneer A04 to that firmware, and tried to burn them at 2x. No go. I have since then tried every other firmware available for the burner, all with no luck. They still only burn at 1x. I called tech support who told me that only "certain" customers have told us that these dvd-r's can burn at that speed. I asked them to update the site to indicate this. Not sure if they will or not. I was also charged for ground frieght when I made sure to choose the "free" ground frieght option. One call was enough I am not going to bother to try and get my money for the freight back. I don't believe I will do business with them again. "

"What a bunch of crooks. I had been looking at some Ritek DVD-R media. I went to the site atleast 10 times in a week and click the Ritek link to check the prices. The day I order, I use the same link. When I receive the blanks, they are the Generic Princo discs with the TDKG02 label. These a very crappy discs. They sent me these instead of what I ordered. I email them back and they say that is what I ordered. I know for a fact it was NOT what I ordered. Either way, they can go screw themselves. I will not order ANYTHING from these crooks again. STAY AWAY!!

"Placed an order on internet for 25 DVD+R and 25 DVD+RW. Got it in 8 days, but could not get a tracking number from them. Absolutely horrible packaging with newspaper, a couple of bubble-wrap pieces in random order.
It turned out that only 5 DVD+RW placed on top of the cake were OK, the last 20 were not working at all. I called them in December and was asked to call after X-Mas because they were busy. I was busy too, so I sent them a nice e-mail in January with explanations and asking if anything can be done about it. Got a reply that and RMA will be issued. Couple days later - no RMA, no reply. Submitted the on-line RMA request. Got e-mail on Friday 1/17/03 that the package will be shipped to me the next monday. I presumed that it will contain the return label. Nop! Two weeks later - nothing. Called them this time. Got a turn-around, they say it's over 30 days not, and that they never talked to me, neither sent me any e-mails, nor issued any RMA. And that even if they replace the disks they can be defective again. It looks like they new of the problem with those disks, and were trying to brush me off from the very beginning. Anyway, the RMA guy told me that he'll talk to the supervisor and call me back. 4 days later - no news. I call them back - at least this time he recognized me and told me that he did not call me before because his supervisor just told him that nothing can be done.
Why did they promised me then? I sent them back their e-mails with the promise to issue RMA and still waiting for their reply.
