"I placed an order on 6/14 for heartworm preventative and joint supplement for my horse. After a week I checked on the status of my order and it still said "processing" so I called as my dog was due for his heartworm preventative. I was put on hold for 20 minutes, hung up and called back and asked to speak to a manager, after another 10 minutes on hold whoever came back on the line(not convinced it was even a different person let alone a manager) told me that they no longer carry the joint supplement in the size I ordered. I asked for a refund and she said she could send me 2 smaller size supplements and that I would receive my order by friday 6/24 or saturday 6/25 AT THE LATEST! It is now monday and still no package! I was never notified that they no longer carried the product I ordered! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow! This was a $160.00 order and I have received no products or a refund!"
"I placed my order on 3/11/2011 and it is now almost two weeks later and I have heard nothing from them. I wrote three times and got no response. I called several times and was placed on hold for a very long time to only be told they would call me back suggest. They had no information for me and knew nothing. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere because this company is pathetically inefficient. I am still waiting to have the situation resolved. BTW - they haven't even called me back yet! This is very bad business especially when a loved pet's health is involved. I willl never buy from them again, ever!"
"This company went out of its way to ensure my order was processed in a timely fashion. They called me until they had a small issue resolved and notified me of filling the order and shipping it. Their website was a little confusing about where I entered vet information but I will definately use them again."
