"Today, 5/24/12, the Supervisor, Diana, from Allvetmed called me apologizing for what happened. That was VERY nice of her! I'll confirm, yes she did offer to let me keep the package as a courtesy. And said my credit would be issued immediately. Unfortunately, I had mailed the items back yesterday. I did so (at my expense) because their postage-paid label doesn't allow you to track it. I couldn't risk it being lost.

I sent it because speaking with Elizabeth, I did not expect any follow up from their company. And since their website says up to 72 hours for processing and up to 7 days for the credit I thought I better send it.

Diana understood and said they'd send me another package as a courtesy. That was way more than I expected! She apologized for the mistake. I said I'm totally fine with a mistake being made; the problem was with how it was handled. If everyone at Allvetmed was as good in customer service as Diana was, all of the ratings would be 5 stars. I will NOT order from them again! Mistakes can happen, but what is NOT acceptable is the lack of customer service to solve the issue.
I ordered from them on 5/16/12 and received my package on 5/21/12. Upon opening it, I noticed there were two missing items. I called immediately, but was only given the option to leave a voice message, which I did. I stated my name, order #, what was missing, my phone number and asked someone to call me. No one did all day.
On 5/22, I replied back to the person who had confirmed my order. In writing, I explained what happened and asked to be contacted. He did not contact me.
Today, 5/23, I called and AGAIN only got their voice mail system. AGAIN I left a message asked them to call me. I sent another e-mail to ****@****. I forwarded the e-mail that I had sent to the person the day before. I asked them to contact me today or I'd call my credit card company.
This is terrible service. They shorted my order, but I'm the one who has thus far incurred the headache and effort to resolve this. I've ordered from many other pet product companies and have always been able to reach someone! I want this resolved, but I will never order from this company again.
UPDATE: Situation got worse. I FINALLY reached someone (only by pressing "2" for new customers...and they answered 10 minutes later!) "Elizabeth" was very unempathetic. Said my missing items were backordered. Odd my invoice didn't indicate that AND I was charged for these items. She didn't care one way or another if I waited (a week to get the items in & a week for ground shipping) or if I returned what I received. She said I could "track" the return shipment, but that is NOT true. Their return shipping label is only postage pre-paid, no tracking. So I'm opting to return everything at my expense so I can track it. Then I'll order from a reputable company. Throughout the years, I've ordered from doctorsfostersmith, petedge, & others and never had a customer service issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

"Absolutely unbelievable!! Bill themselves as a big company that ships internationally, instead they're a broom-closet operation not even licensed in all US states! The only customer service employee they seem to have is belligerent & combative and insisted that their lack of licenses in MULTIPLE STATES wasn't their fault, it was the fault of the states' for failing to give it to them, not knowing they weren't licensed in my state was my fault, etc. - everything was someone else's fault."

"Shadiness! Do not purchase anything through this company!
After waiting three weeks for my order to arrive, I tried emailing them to follow up on the status my order. No response. I tried calling a few days later, and after waiting on hold for more than a 1/2 hour (several times), I finally spoke to someone that said I need to provide more vet information to complete my order. Mind you, they had already charged my bank account nearly $90 the day that I placed my order, but didn't take the time to inform me that my order wasn't complete. It has now been five weeks since I placed my order and I can't get a hold of anyone via phone or email....all while they sit on my $90 that I was already charged. Horrible customer service, and I'm wondering if I'll even be able to either get my money back or the product I ordered at this point.
Very disappointed! Buy elsewhere!

"DON'T SHOP HERE!!! This company had my dog's meds for 10 less so ordered from them. I ordered 2 meds and one of them didn't arrive in the box when my order arrived. I called them and left numerous messages, and never got a call back. I emailed them and they responded, "Sorry, we will send it out to you," But almost ONE MONTH later, they are ignoring my emails and calls, and I have not gotten my meds. In fact, now I have to go buy them from somewhere else and if getting a refund from these clowns is anything like getting the meds I ALREADY PAID FOR, well, I guess I won't hold my breath. This whole fiasco is going to cost me another $10 or $15 to fix...so NOT WORTH the "savings". Don't waste your time, money or aggravation."

"I had 2 major issues:
1. I needed to change the dosage of a HeartGard order I'd placed online. It took over 20 minutes of speaking (not including wait time while I was on hold) with a customer service person on the phone to accomplish this. And then I had to remind the person to delete the original product from my order. If I hadn't asked the total price, I was going to be charged double.
2. When my order arrived, it arrived without the Welactin softgels that I ordered. Those were simply crossed off the invoice. It's now May and I have no idea if those are still coming in a separate shipment, or if they're never coming at all. And if they don't come, I'm going to have to remember to double check my credit card bill to see that I'm not charged for them. At this point, I just went on Amazon and ordered the Welactin there-- they are actually cheaper there today and at least I know I'll get them.

"I thought I was buying a bottle of pills for 2 dogs weighing 100 lbs. and 85 lbs. I received 1 pill for 26 lbs. and up. I needed at least 2. I would order again but it costs $6.95 to get it to me. I wouldn't mind paying for another pill if I didn't have to pay for handling and shipping again. I also would be interested for meds for obsessive compulsive disorder for my Dobbie. He licks his legs constantly and makes big raw sores on them."

"This company was on the ball for a super-quick refund on my order. I mistakenly ordered some flea medication from AllVetMed before speaking with my veterinarian, and I was unable to get a prescription from him. I called and was promptly answered by a real person who was very nice, and within 3 hours I had received notice of my full refund. Thank you for your great customer service!

"Very disappointed in their service. Their pricing is good, but they are slow to ship, and their standard "free" shipping method is terrible. It's now a week and a half since the order was placed; but the combination of UPS to USPS has the package sitting in limbo somewhere with no indication of when it may or may not be delivered. This is really unacceptable for a prescription meds shipment!

Added 4/26: In response to the "act immediately" comment from the seller, the only action was to say that the 'free' shipping was used for the order; and that's how it is handled. No "act" of any kind to fix the problem.

"I found allvetmed.com from doing a search for certified pet pharmacies. I checked the prices on all 18 sites that were listed and found that allvetmed.com was the most reasonable. This was my first order and I felt confident that I was working with a reputable pharmacy and that I was going to get good quality meds for my pet knowing that it had the backing of Vet-VIPPS(veterinary-verified internet pharmacy practice sites). I will look at this site for my pets future needs first before making any purchases."

"Great to do business with! They are anxious to help resolve any problem you encounter with receiving medication for your pet.

Prices are a little less than what others are charging for the same item. Every penny saved is a penny earned when you pet is taking several medications.

"Wonderful experience!!!! EXCELLENT PRODUCT, Super Fast Shipping!!
With 4 cats and a dog, I can't afford running back and forth to the vet for flea and wormer products. AllVetMed has allowed me the conveince of home shopping and home delivery for the exact same products I once went to the vet for at a fraction of the price.
