"Very slow processing orders. I ordered a ISONAS access control and they didn't include the I/O cable. I checked the manual and it says that it was included. The customer support said I had to order it separately. Also it's been weeks and still waiting for the door striker that ordered at the same time. So I placed the order for the cable a week ago and it is still being processed. "
"I ordered a specific part and was sent a different part, they claimed it was a suitable substitute, which it was not. I sent the item back for a refund two weeks ago and I still have not received a refund and the company will not respond to any of my emails. Avoid this seller at all costs!"

I did receive the item I ordered and they did give me a UPS tracking. Just had to ask several times. I will give them 3 stars."
"This company provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced ever, after more than 2 months, still could not get my order and shipment correct.
Submitted my order via the website, paying for 5 locks. I received 2. Of those 2 sets, one did not have screws for the lock housing. Also, the instructions for making the keys work with the Smart Key were not found. I submitted my concerns to the company soon after receiving the materials. The issue is unresolved, despite an email response, a couple days later, stating that investigation was started. Be wary to buy the product here."
"The other negative reviews are 100% accurate. After a week had gone by without shipment, I had to exchange several emails (they don't have a phone number), and he kept promising that it would ship soon, but then the date would go by without shipment. Supposedly the order has now shipped, but there is no tracking number, so I have no idea when it will arrive. And my last three emails have gone unanswered. I have every expectation that something will be wrong with the order when it finally does arrive. Extremely frustrating. Too many other retailers out there with much better service to ever shop here again."

"First of all, I got the old bait and switch. Don't worry though, because the replacement for this product is exactly the same (specs) and is the same price. That what it said in the e-mail he sent. However, on the website it was listed $15 cheaper. When I replied and asked him about this, i get a response back simply stating "same price" then the website was magically updated and the price we raised. (not before a captured a screen shot however because I had a feeling this guy was doing bad business.)
I asked him if he was going honor the price that was on the website and I got no reply. Then in addition, he sent the wrong color merchandise...yea, and you guessed it... in order to return it I pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee (put it back on the shelf fee.) Ridiculous!
Bad communication, bad business. Stay away. It's worth it to pay a little more for good service."
