"I found exactly what I was looking for, and the price was pretty decent as well. It took a while for them to get the item shipped, and when they did, the tracking number produced an error. I let it go for a few days, but I do consulting in a small town and I need to know when items that I ordered are going to arrive so I can schedule work. After a short email, they provided the information I needed. It took them about a week to get the item shipped, but understandable under the current set of circumstances. I would hope under more normal circumstances that getting the item shipped wouldn't take as long. All in all, I would order from them again as things worked out just fine."
"I was invoiced $8.99 at cart checkout for a rather large item--and odd cost to be sure. 5 days after my order and no updates (although in the midst of the pandemic), I finally got a response from my e-mail request for status (their website does not have an order status feature) indicating that it was too large for UPS, and thus I needed to pay an extra $147 (on a $400 item) for shipping. When I complained that I'd already paid for shipping, they offered to lower shipping to $99. I passed, and cancelled my order. How they don't know the cost to ship an item at checkout is a mystery, but is a necessary feature for any e-commerce site. I'll never place another order here."

"I emailed them on 2/28/19 and asked if they had a cabinet in stock, what shipping time was and how much to ship it. They responded back and said I could have it in 3 days and how much shipping was.
On Friday, 3/4/19, I placed the order online and figured they would reach out to me on Monday morning about the shipping charges. They emailed me on Tuesday the 5th and told me about shipping, I mentioned that they had already quoted it and agreed they would charge my card the additional amount.
After emailing them a few times looking for an update, with no response, on 3/12/19, I got an email saying the order had been shipped, but the tracking number was empty. They responded with they would look into it. Several emails later asking for an update, I got a couple of responses saying they were looking into it. On 3/15, they finally told me that the cabinet had not yet shipped and it would be another week. At this point, I canceled the order and they said it was canceled and they would refund my money. As of 3/21/19, they still had not issued a refund, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company and that is now in the works.
I should also mention that they don't answer their phone or return voice mails. Judging by the sound of their voicemail system, it's just a cell phone. "
