Items apparently are shipped separately, and directly from he manufacturer, so when I received a box from a different company I hadn't heard of, I had no idea if it was from Allegro or another company I had ordered products from that same day. Inside the box was an item that I did not order, so I had to figure out which company to call and get it straightened out. Turns out the item number for what I wanted was the same item number of this other item. They said they were fixing it and called the manufacturer to send the correct item, which they later did. Would like to receive the rest of my order."
