"The only flaw I found in the system was the slow response from customer service when I queried about 1 of 2 items missing. As the problem was simple, it was a misread on my part, an e-mail within 24 hours would have resolved everything. It is as though someone looked at the invoices or records, and didn't see how my question pointed to the answer. I finally received a response just today, days after I received the missing product. A simple problem, but it could easily have blown into a big customer service problem with a customer who isn't familiar with billing and shipping."
