On arrival I discovered that raised toilet seat didn't have handles. When I called attempting to return I was told I couldn't even though the seat was still sealed in its packaging plastic and was never used. You just lost all my potential business."

The rep said that vendors had 10 business days to ship AND that Allegro wouldn't know about backorders unless the customer called or checked. I cancelled this order, not knowing how long my order would take to be filled. Past orders for the same iodine were received within 3 days. Some notification of delayed shipping without my having to call would be appreciated, if possible. I will continue to buy from Allegro. "
