"Unfortunately, the air purifier I received was way, way too large - much bigger than pictured. I wasn't expecting that. I didn't use it at all and inquired about returning it / exchanging for something smaller. I had to return it on my own dime at $98.50! Yes! You heard it right! Almost $100 through UPS to ship it back for a $300.00 filter. This is bad compared with the customer service of other online companies who have free shipping and returns. I was informed this is their policy, but it is hardly customer friendly and very much a deterrent from ever ordering again! Buyer beware!"

Allergy Buyers Club charged me twice for the same product and did not refund me the overcharge for over a month. They simply sent an email after about 6 weeks saying that they were giving me a refund. After I called, then they told me that they had overcharged me. They got upset that I was upset. They were rude and hung the phone up on me. I would look for any product that they sell to find how to buy it directly from the manufacturer or another business. You cannot trust that AllergyBuyersClub will not overcharge you and then not tell you for weeks and weeks. They will then become upset that you are upset. Meanwhile they have made interest on your money that they held. Horrible service! "

"Please save yourself time and money. This company cares nothing about their customers. I ordered a set of 2 pillows. Their return policy is impossible. You can’t return if you opened the package. The pillows come stuffed inside a RED bag. I get it they don’t want you to touch, but you can’t even see what you bought. How in the world are you gonna know if it’s what you’re looking for? I am outraged that I spent so much time and money on this company. This may as well be the pillow I need but the way it’s sent and packaged along with their return policy I could never tell unless I open it. If it came in a clear bag at least you can analyze and decide based on the look of it. But their policy is ridiculous and I never even want to deal with them. EVER!!! I would rather sleep on a rock. Mr. Dale Carter would even want to work with me on the phone. Never experienced such careless people. Idk how companies like this stay in business. "
