"Two starts because the product I received was as stated and in new condition. Three stars missing because:
- As I was on vacation abroad, I specifically asked to dispatch my order after a certain date in the comments field while placing my order. I then contacted customer service to ensure that my comment was captured and the rep (Hayden) confirmed that for me. One day later UPS was on their way to my home with my order. Thankfully a friend of mine was around, so she went to my place and received it for me.
- The bundle I got included an extra filter set which I was not sent. When I contacted the Customer Service, they advised that the extra filter set would be sent in 6 months. That was not written anywhere in the website at the point of ordering.
- Finally and most importantly, one day after placing my order with a 10% coupon, ABC offered the same product with a 25% discount. I contacted the Customer Service again asking if I can get a price match. They replied that I could, but I would have to forfeit the extra filter set that would be sent in 6 months, which I was fine with as that 15% difference accounted for $150. After confirming that I wanted to forfeit the extra filter set for the $150 refund, I received a notification that my extra filter set was sent to me via UPS. At that point I gave up and decided that contacting ABC again was not worth my time.
I really wanted this experience to be better as ABC has nice products and good prices - I was already planning to get more products from them. However, I have entirely lost my trust and faith in their customer orientation and service mindset. Maybe for small value purchases they are worth your attention, but I am mostly concerned about the possibility of having to deal with their customer service for warranty or service issues. Fingers crossed I won't. "
"I ordered an air purifier then realized the item was on back order. I immediately cancelled the order and was given a cancellation number. Two days later I received notification that the item had shipped and the money was taken out of my checking account. I had already purchased the item from another company which also had shipped. My order with Allergy Buyers club should have been cancelled. I have the cancellation number. I was told that as soon as the manufacturer ok'd the return and sent them a return label I would be notified. It has been 11 days. Still waiting...I will call AGAIN!"

"I have perhaps 10 years of not frequent but high-ticket purchases from Allergy Buyers Club. I have always found their internal product review to be less than reliable, but, once I've dutifully searched all product review sites and purchased something, the service has been speedy and good. Not now! I tried to purchase a humidifier on December 17. I got a confirmation. Then nothing. I inquired its customer service on line. Kellie said she couldn't find the order, so I emailed her the confirmation. Next day she emailed back saying the 3-digit code I entered was wrong and refused by the card company. End of story. No interest in completing a sale. Nada. In the 1000s of purchased I have made on line over many years, the payment software would not confirm a sale unless every detail conformed with the card info. Normally, they keep sending you back for corrections. So, I have 2 complaints. 1. If indeed their payment software is faulty--DON'T BLAME THE CUSTOMER--FIX IT. 2. If they have any interest in customer satisfaction or even making sales, offer to redo and expedite the order. Meanwhile, I will not be buying from this organization again. "

"11/24/2018 placed order over the phone w/Kyle the manager. Provided credit card and set up a shipping date 16 days out.
When it didn't arrive around the time frame discussed, I did an online chat w/the customer service and they could not help. I emailed Kyle 2-3 times over a 3 week period and no reply. I called customer service and left the sales rep 1-2 voicemail message and no return call.
I called 1/4/2019 and the customer service rep was rude, unhelpful and told me they don't have the unit anymore and would not offer me a discount on a comparable unit to fit the same price I previously agreed and provided the credit card to pay for. The sales girl said the mgr was busy in a meeting as this was the start of their busy season and they had to learn about the new units. How rude that he would not come to the phone or return my emails/calls.
Don't buy anything from Allergy Buyers Club.com They don't manage inventory, they do provide the worst customer experience you'll every have! I'm buying from "Moisture Medic" now."
"I placed my first order on this website using their 20% off promotional code. On their website the returns policy sounds really good, not happy within 30 days, simply request Return Authorization (RA) and to receive a return label to print. They even said the shipping label fee they generate is cheaper than retail shipping feel if we ship on our own.
I received the item and realized the weight of the comforter is too heavy for my daughter. So I didn't open the original package, everything is still in original condition the vendor they ship to me. I requested a RA number and they asked me to pay on my own expense to ship back to Canada. They never mentioned anything I need to ship item back on my own expense to oversea vendor! They keep very general, so they can get away like this. I thought i just need to ship back to their US warehouse. But then now I realize they never made it clear on the website either.
I contacted them to request a return shipping label on Dec 11th. The guy on the phone said I need to ask supervisor. Then he said you will receive the return shipping label shortly. I asked do they know what's the approx. cost for this label they created (they will deduct the shipping fees from the refund), they said they have no idea. Knowing shipping to oversea can be expensive, I like to know if it's cheaper to ship UPS with them or ship on my own with USPS. I had companies create return shipping labels and then deduct the fee from the refund. But they would be able to tell me general cost up front. I'm frustrated the lack of clear information this company can offer.
Since Dec 11th, I called twice to follow up the return shipping label and cost. They kept saying they are woking on it. Fast forward till today Jan 3rd, I called again to ask the status, they said the manager is on the phone to request the shipping label as well as the cost. Finally since Dec 11th, Jan 3rd, I eventually received the shipping label but no cost. I called the back ask fo the cost, the manager Elizabeth Taylor had terrible attitude to response this case with all kind of excuses and saying they person who is responsible for the shipping was on vacation at the end of Dec, kept saying I will let you know later. Well I contacted you guys on Dec 11th. At this point, I still haven't got the shipping cost to use their label. I already lost trust on this company. They think people's time is a joke and they do their work like a joke. NEVER EVER COME BACK! "
