"Never used this company before and since we wanted to buy a 3D Plasma 65 inch TV for $2000, I was not sure to place the order.
But then decided what the heck, as I have the AMEX gold card. So placed the order.
Got a call that same evening regarding the order. They had already told me about the 3.8% additional insurance/shipping fee.
Did not opt for any warranty or white glove service as the carrier they would use also checked out with good reviews. TV delivered inside the home and was checked out for a POWER/SCREEN test by me. TV received in exactly 9 days and just love it! Make sure you call the carrier and not them to track your orders.

"On July 15 I placed the legitimate order for the canon eos 6d which never will be filled because these guys are crooks . They called me on June 16 and told me that import model which I ordered does not come with a battery and a charger That was a lie to sell me the same camera at approximately $200 higher price !
They do not have Canon eos 6d USA model listed on their site ! And Gray, direct or import Canon is identical to USA model.
Lies and promises that is all I can hear from them. If you see a low price for their digital cameras do not buy it. They will offer you something you do not need. They are dying to speak with you personally to sell you something you do need ! Honest guys just process the orders, the end of the story. But they need to sell you something you do not need and it is easier to cheat someone over the phone then person is unprepared. "Ordered a 60 inch Panasonic plasma tv on May 27th. Two weeks later I still hadn't received it so I called and found out that the TV is back ordered indefinitely. I was upset that no one had called to inform me . I received an apology at that time. I received two more phone calls after that apologizing that no one had called informing me of the delay. The last call was from Tony who said he was very sorry and wanted to do something to make it up to me. He offered me a blu-ray player as compensation for my wait. He explained they can't do anything about the TV until Panasonic does. I understand their dilemma and I appreciate their efforts to "make it right". (Especially Tony). They truly went out of their way to keep a customer!"
