"I ordered a 55 inch ST60 panasonic 3D TV. There were some issues with shipping right away. I talked with customer service at alltimetvs. They upgraded the TV to a VT60 because they were able to ship that model immediately for an additional $199 which is a very good deal for that model and are using AM shipping or white glove with tracking info. So they can ship today and not maybe Wednesday. I am impressed with their customer service and hope things go well this time."

Charged $59 for Express shipping method, but shipped Ground (!). Advertised taking EXTRA2 2% off, but then said it applies only if you do wire transfer or cashier's check...

Then they told me there was a shipping insurance charge of $60 despite the website listing free shipping and that charge not being show when I made the purchase on the website or in the invoice they emailed me.

"For those wondering about the 'trustworthy' aspect of All Time TV's. Did my research and took a chance seeing that I was going to be spending $4k. I placed an order for an 80" Sharp TV on Thursday 20 June. As expected received the call back to try and up-sell warranties etc. Was also aware about the additional insurance requirement. Even with the added 'insurance' and shipping charge, total cost was still almost $500 cheaper than Amazon. Ordered early Thursday afternoon (20 June) and received a shipping confirmation on Thursday evening. Was contacted by shipping company on Friday 21 June confirming delivery for 25 June. So at least for me, everything going extremely well...so far. "
