After writing this review, Frank, a customer service rep from AllTimeTVs contacted me and offered to fix the two issues I encountered.
He also offered to keep me in the loop on the deliver since I voiced my concerns about the reputation of the shipper.
I thought I knew how these low price etailers work but to be honest, I'm pleasantly surprised. These guys offer both low prices and great customer service as well. I expected the worst due to the reputations of their bigger named competitors (rhymes with Babe of Dane, and the opposite of West Coast).
My TV hasn't arrive yet so I'm still a little nervous, but so far I'm pleasantly surprised by their good faith and after sales service.
I just wish that they would charge a little higher for their items and forgo the hard sales tactics. I would definitely use them over their competitors even if they price their items higher if I don't have to deal with the sales pressure.
If the TV arrives in brand new condition, I'd be ecstatic because that means I would have have paid substantially less for the same item at Best Buys or Amazon.
*** UPDATE ***
The TV arrived on Friday, 5 business days after I ordered it. I'm very pleasantly surprised. The TV is brand new and its production date is June 2013 which is fresh out of the factory. I was able to registered the product for a 15 month warranty with Samsung. I'm pretty happy with how things turned out and would definitely purchase again in the future."

"There have been more than a few occasions in the past where I have been lured in by sales pitches and often ended up coming out worse for wear each time, and more than just a few pennies lighter as well.
A few months back my flat screen TV, the joy of my life, gave up the ghost after just a couple of years and it was time to start the hunt for a new set. I didn’t relish the idea of having to trail from store to store looking for the best bargains so I went online and did some looking around.
Naturally the internet is jam packed with everyone and their dog trying to sell you something, so it took a bit of time wading through the chaff before I finally found the wheat.
All Time TV’s has been the saviour of my life, not just because I got an excellent bargain from them for my shiny new Samsung 3DTV but because I have now used them numerous times to purchase other electronics such as my Daughters Blue Ray disc player and my wives digital camera.
Their online store is exceptionally easy to navigate even for someone who isn’t all that computer savvy such as me. Everything is neatly laid out and you can’t really go wrong when you’re trying to check out the prices on their goods. They don’t hide anything, and after my third purchase from them I am still amazed at how smooth the whole process is after such a bad time with other online stores.
The only hiccup I ever had with this company was when I ordered a replacement pair of 3d glasses for a friend. The delivery took longer than usual and thanks to their excellent customer support it took just a quick phone call to realize that I had mistakenly given them the wrong address and the item had actually been delivered to a neighbour a few doors down.
All things said and done though , this company is absolutely perfect and I will be using them each and every time I need a new TV or accessory. Honestly, they simply can’t be beaten on price for anything they have in stock and trust me because I have checked.

After correspondence with their customer support, they tried to help me locate it, saying it is sometimes taped to the invoice.
