"Baaad business practice.....AVOID them! read all the reviews here (give them the benefit of the doubt)so i decided to try it out, i ordered a 55" samsung unf8000 online (coupon code EXTRA2 on their site)shows additional discount which applied prior to payment so it shows 2% additional discount then when you entered all your info and credit card number, gives you final confirmation...the 2% coupon code vanished. And here's the clincher:
Received an email the next day to call them to confirm my order (800) number and ext. 109 it says on the email, called the number and the guys name is Mark, going thru my order and he said there in an "Insurance Charge" on top of the cost of your order (since their website says FREE SHIPPING), the "insurance charge" is NOT an option he says so i asked him how much is this insurance charge......he said $139.00 additional to the size of your tv you're ordering....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY...."
