Suggestions:
The sale price should list the shipping or the insurance cost. Even with that cost the product is a good deal. the insurance is stated in the terms and conditions but it would be better if it is a part of the order process.

My recommendation is to buy from AlltimeTV's because, the big box stores also don't help service the TV after 30 days. You have to go to the manufacturer if you face any issues.

I am searching for Sony TV and find alltimetvs have the lowest price..the sonytv with model no. 60R550A is having a price of 1,335.00 and after 2% discount it is 1312. So ordered on Sep 11th and received confirmation email. Next day received email to call them to process order. They tried to sell me HDMI cables,extended warranty and again asked insurance.,when i said to cancel the order, the call was forwarded to Frank and he accepted without insurance. Now the story started, No updates in the site for my order and so called them on Friday, they said shipping today., no updates on friday and saturday, so again called on Sunday and they said they already shipped on Friday and tracking info will be emailed on monday. No updates on Monday and so again called on Tuesday and they said it was shipped on Monday and tracking will be emailed..same story no updates called on wednesday and they gave me order no and tracking number are same, and shipping company is amtrucking and the tracking info will be updated today evening but no info till thursday..and my bad when i tried to call them there is holidays for customer care till sunday morning. waited till that time and called..now again same story..got angry and asked whether shipped or not then they said the tv was shipped but got damaged and so they need to send again the tv.,asked me to send or refund..i just asked refund..lies lies lies..then i started my research in reseller ratings..Its clear that all these ratings are fake and if you observe its clear that most of the people are one time users and if you observe clearly the wording you can understand all are from the alltimetv people. I highly recommend not to buy as becoz of these people i missed the same deal online, thaught i would save on tax., But they simply hold my amount 1312 for 2 weeks and all are lies.

"Despite the low prices, I would recommend NOT doing business with AllTimeTVs for several reasons -- failure to meet promised delivery, failure to honor their own cancellation promises, and a business model that depends on upselling and adding on other products you don't want and didn't ask for as a condition for filling your order.

SLEEZE ALERT. This is one of those sleezy shops that will only sell you the low-priced item you ordered if you speak to a sweat-shop caller by phone and order other over-priced items you did not order, including but not limited to "white glove shipping" (a fraud--see below), shipping insurance, an expensive warranty from an organization that has a track record of almost never honoring warranties, and sundries like over-priced HDMI cables, off-brand wallmounts, etc. Better to pay the higher price and avoid the time and hassles from this sweatshop.

SHIPPING NOT AS PROMISED. The Samsung LED TV I ordered on September 6 arrived on October 1 -- nearly a month later. AllTimeTV promised delivery would be 7-10 days from shipment. The shipping date was 9/11, because they wouldn't ship until I spoke to a customer "rep" about "insurance," at which time he insisted on selling a lot of other things too. Reputable companies allow insurance to be purchased on line, of course. I tried to track the shipment with the trucking company and they provided no information and did not acknowledge or respond to numerous online and email inquiries -- so many that I have now memorized my tracking number. Scheduling a delivery time was a nightmare. This is not UPS or FedEx, people.

WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING. This is a fraud. According to the trucking company tracking, my order was shipped "NORMAL DELIVERY." When you insure a package, as I did for an added $77 fee, the trucker MUST bring it in to your home for inspection. AllTimeTVs will say the alternative is "curbside delivery"-- like they are going to leave your $2000 TV on the curb and drive a way. Do you believe these guys?

CANCELLATION. Don't believe it. I called to cancel the $245 service warranty because AllTime and the trucker were not trustworthy, and because ALL of the 20+ consumer reviews I found for people who tried to obtain warranty service reported that service was not provided as promised. That and the fact that their website was down when I tried to check them out. After being hassled and argued with by an inane employee for 25 minutes, I gave up and told him that I was simply going to have Visa refuse the charge. AllTimeTV clearly had no intention of honoring their stated cancellation policy.

FAILURE TO SHIP ORDER WITHOUT HIGH PRESSURED SALES CALL. Like other cut-rate shops in New York, you have to go through the mandatory telephone up-sell or they will not ship your goods. No upsell call, no shipping.

WARRANTY COMPANY IS A SCAM COMPANY. I recommend that you do not buy the warranty unless you enjoy hassles, run-arounds, and thrive on not getting what you paid hundreds of dollars to receive. AllTime makes their profit by enticing consumers with low prices and then selling them worthless or virtually worthless warranties -- they get a huge undisclosed kickback from the warranty company, of course.

I have not found a single review of the warranty company -- and I've looked at more than 20 on two reputable sites including this one -- from a person who said that they received the extended service as promised. For many people, it was not on site, or it took weeks or months, or for many not at all. Not a single one? That's a record.

The scam is the warranty company manipulates their star-rating by somehow convincing a bunch of morons to rate them on the ease of registration at the time of PURCHASE. Read the reviews of the people who actually needed the service. There are no happy campers. This is entirely consistent with my experience with AllTime and AllTime's shipper.

Do yourself a favor -- pay a little more and avoid the month-long set of hassles and broken promises.

"i just purchased un65f8000 Samsung tv.
i had my eyes on this tv for while, at amazon, bestbuy...
when i saw the price at alltimetv, i couldn't believe it.
about $964 lower than other stores.
When I've called Alltimetv, they assure me that it is factory sealed, brand new.
so I've order the tv using my Amex, so if i would have any problems if the tv was refurbished or not new...

but when it came to me, delivery guys open it up, plug the tv, making sure its on. it was simple great process.

I'm so happy with this purchase, and i would recommend all time tv to my family and friends.

A++++ very very happy with product, and fast shipping

ONLY one issue i have with alltimetv is: 37" or bigger must have insurance and special handling charge of $120. even with this the tv was $964 less than buying from other stores.
at least let customer know prior to check out.

"Price on the Panasonic TV I ordered was lowest I could find. Shipped same day, which was great. However, I am not happy that they called and tried to sell me HDMI cables that I don't need - tried to say I needed special cables for a 3D TV, which I know to be untrue. Also, when the order was placed, it had free shipping, they then called back to say insurance must be added for an additional charge. If the final total price wasn't still considerably lower than others I had found, I would have canceled the order as a result of their shady behavior after I placed the order.
I don't see myself ordering from them again after the HDMI & insurance shenanigans. "
