"On 3/17/19, I ordered a pair of glasses. The site said to expect them in 7-10 days. That time frame came and went, so I emailed them. They were apologetic, said the frames were coming from Italy, they should be in my mailbox within the week, blah, blah, blah. When that timeline passed, I sent another email, but got no response. This morning, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and notified Allure Aid. The only positive thing I have to say is that they did process my refund promptly. I can be extremely patient when a company is taking the initiative to keep me updated, but a company that takes your money, then not only does not deliver on time, but makes the customer hound them to find out what’s going on makes themselves look like scammers."
