"I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my wife for Valentine's Day, they came on time and everything was great until I opened the package. I got sent the wrong color. I called customer service and the lady on the phone was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and said that she would expedite shipping on the correct color and email me a return label for the pair that I received. About a week goes by, I haven't received an email or return slip or heard a word from customer service. This time I send an email about my experience. I get a response within 24 hours and I get an email for the return slip. I never got a confirmation on the new pair of sunglasses being sent or heard a word about the new pair of glasses being sent. It's now been 2 weeks and I still have not received a new pari in the mail or gotten any information about where they are. I sent another email to customer service and have not heard back yet.
I hope to hear back soon, I was really hoping to have a good experience with this company. I've heard good things.
I hope they correct the issues that they have. I'm still hopeful that this will get fixed."

"I ordered Bvlgari frames nearly a month ago. Upon inquiry, I was repeatedly told "on the way." I never received the tracking number as promised/requested. This was a waste of time and a reservoir of unnecessary stress. I should have purchased them full price, had I known that I would be dealing with this fraudulent behavior and false promises. I will be requesting my money back. "

"Placed an order for a ski helmet and paid for Priority Mail, several days passed and my order didn't ship so I contacted customer service only to be told that the item was on back-order (something that was never disclosed upfront) and if I never inquired I probably wouldn't of been notified. Furthermore, I was told that the back-order would resolve in 2 weeks; 2 weeks came and went and still no helmet! After 30 days after placing the order I gave up and cancelled my order and purchased elsewhere. Not happy as ski season is about 90 days long and I gave up 30 day waiting for a helmet that never materialized. I'm sure that this is a good outfit, but my experience was poor and communication could have been much better!"
