"I ordered this furnace online with the expectation that it would come with all parts needed to install it. I had no heat and it was cold out. It came in a timely fashion, however it did not include a part needed to install. I received the furnace on a friday. I went back online to order the part I needed and asked to have it sent fed ex overnite and paid an extra $60 for that delivery. It did not arrive overnite and was not scheduled to be delivered until Monday. The part was at the local fed ex facility on Sat. but fed ex would not let me pick it up. Consequently I was without heat for the entire weekend. I complained to Alpine about the fact that the website did not flag me that I might need to buy the extra part in order to install the furnace, and in addition was not given the choice for saturday delivery on the part I needed. I received no response to my complaint. I have also complained to fed ex with no response. On the whole this purchase was a nightmare that could have been different with just a few changes to your website. I believe I deserve a refund of my $60 fed ex fee but I do not believe I will ever get it."

Thank you, Eric -- But, I do have an issue with your insistence on sending the new furnace to my primary residence instead of where I wanted to install it. I had to drive 50 miles round-trip to go & get it to where it is now installed. You people are the ONLY ones EVER to refuse to deliver it where I (the customer) wanted it sent!! Fortunately I have a van with which to transport a large package. You should review your policy."
