"I paid the additional shipping of $75.00 for inside delivery. The truck came with only the driver. After he unloaded the boiler in my driveway I ask about the inside delivery. He told me that he would have to call his boss that he could not deliver inside by himself. His boss told me that the only way they would do an in home delivery was to take it back and send another truck another day or I could help the driver take in. I had taken off the day from work to be home for this delivery and could not take another day that close together. So I tried to help this driver take the boiler in side my home. Two legs and a electric box were broken off during the process. I was told by the driver that it was because I helped. I have not setup the boiler I can only hope that it is better than the delivery."
