"Went through a bit of a hassle. I had a different billing address from my shipping, because my mailing address is a Po Box. Alpine did not like this so they sent me an email requesting that I call my credit card company and ask them to add an additional shipping address. I had never heard of such a thing but I did as requested. My credit card company had never heard of such a thing but they offered to call the company with me on the line and try to sort it out. We literally stayed on hold for over 25 minutes. I told the nice credit card customer service rep that her service was excellent while we patiently waited for one of the worst customer services that I could recollect. Finally we got someone and he was satisfied with the credit card company's verification. He also said that it was a normal response from credit card companies to not have an extra shipping address policy. They just felt they needed to do something to try and verify in case of identity theft. I just think there must be a better policy. I don't like to waste people's time and I expect the same in return. Worried that if I order for another project I might got through the same headache. Haven't received the product yet so this is just reviewing my experience on the phone. "
