"I've purchased different brands from different suppliers and this purchase is by far my best experience: 1) Alpine sold it to me by the piece at a price that others sell it for by the case 2) Alpine packed them in an over sized box to prevent common shipping damage. 3) If this order is any indication, Honeywell quality control is great! Other brands typically ship me 1-3 defective filters per case of 5...ie: pleats are not completely glued to the frame which kinda defeats the whole purpose! In Honeywell's case 3 of 3 filters were glued properly!"

"Heater came very quickly and without damage. I would have liked to have been informed that it would be delivered by motor freight. (I had to pick up at freight terminal.) But other than that, I'm very happy! I installed the heater in about 3 hours. The only thing you need to be aware of is; there is very little room between the floor and the gas connection, unless you raise the unit up. Forget about putting a 3" drip leg under it as the instructions show. "
