"Everything was as advertised. The price from Alpine was considerably less than some competitors. I had to order extra parts which were sent out the next day. I installed it myself with no problems. The vacuuming and pressure testing I left to an AC dealer in the local neighborhood. All went well and was running within two hours of dealer visit. I have only run the unit for a short time, so can't relate how the system will perform after years of operation. Very pleased with the AC system. Mike."
"Online order was easy. Free delivery was a plus. I did opt for the 25 dollar lift gate cause I couldn't convince enough people to help me unload it. Fedex went above and beyond. My only issue ALL WARANTIES ARE VOIDED if you are a do it yourselfer. Keep that in mind. Not installed yet but so far happy with the service. "
