"My delivery was set for Monday less than a week after I placed my order. When delivery arrived the driver was impatient and not very pleasant and gave me hardly any chance to check and see if my order was complete which it was not. Was missing one of the skids which had my furnace and I called alpine to see what's happening and they called shipping company and told me I'll hear back. I had to call repitetly to find out status of order. 24 hours later I called again and finally got to speak to sherry who finally got on the case and found out that my skid was still in shipping warehouse. Shipper called me to set up appointment for delivery for 2 days later meanwhile holding up install for 3 days because they left behind my furnace"
