"The online ordering was very helpful by telling us the size of unit we needed for the square footage of our home. The A/C unit ordered was delivered for free and in perfect condition. The unit was the exact unit ordered no mishaps with receiving a different unit. The heating and air conditioning company that installed the unit for us was very shocked at what we received for our money. Very pleased!"

"Wrong order was delivered, was told to refuse the shipment, which I did. The "correct" order was shipped out the next, we'll see when it gets here. Customer Service was an extremely long wait, if fact someone from tech support help me because the delivery service was waiting and after over 10 minutes I hung-up from CS and called tech support. The tech support person was very helpful and apologetic about the mix up. Think this guy should be in Customer Service but it probably doesn't pay as much. I'll post another review when my "correct" order comes in."
