"The experience started with messaging with Sal Ahmad. He was excellent hand helped me understand what I needed. He sent me a quote and by the end of the day I ordered. The shipping time, tracking, and delivery was great! The only reason I am "somewhat" satified is because there were 2 issues. 1) The evaporator coil casing was a bit crushed on the top. The shipping box was fine, but it appeared something heavy was thown on top of it and it bent the metal casing and pushed the casing into the aluminum tubing of the coil. It nicked the tube but did not dent or puncture it. I had my installer inspect it and he said it would be OK and he hand bent the metal case around to make it work. The second issue is the fact that in your detailed description of the condensor, it says the suction line fitting on the unit is 1 1/8. That is not true, it was 7/8 and required an reducer which I had to get last minute for the installer. Over-all though I am satisified and would buy again from you and recommend you to a friend. "

They said what I ordered could not be shipped next day as I requested so they cancelled it. So I bought it at global and got it next day."

"The furnace and a-coil got here. The furnace had slipped off the pallet and dented the bottom a little, but straightened it out and like new now. The furnace is nice and quiet when set up for two stage. Why they make you take it all apart to set it from 1 stage to 2 stage is kind of weird though, since it was bought a 2 stage for a reason. All in all Alpine was courteous and on the ball when questions needed to be answered. "
